CBS Field Services is proud to be a full member company of the International Electrical Testing Association (NETA). The organization is an American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-accredited standards developer and has stringent membership requirements which restrict their membership to only the most-qualified companies.
NETA is an accredited standards developer for ANSI and defines the standards by which electrical equipment is deemed safe and reliable.
NETA Certified Technicians conduct the tests that ensure equipment meets the association’s stringent specifications. It is the leading source of specifications, procedures, testing, and requirements, not only for commissioning new equipment, but also for testing the reliability and performance of existing equipment.
NETA’s mission is to serve the electrical testing industry by establishing standards, publishing specifications, accrediting independent testing companies, certifying test technicians, and promoting the professional services of its members. The association also collects and disseminates information and data of value to the electrical industry and educates the public and end user about the merits of electrical acceptance and maintenance testing.
